Cantonese Braised Pork

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.
Ingredients
500g marble pork, peeled
2 pcs star anise
2 pcs fragrant leaves
130g PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
100g PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
86g sugar
3g peanut butter
400g water
Method
Boil the pork for 15 mins.
Fry the star anise and fragrant leaves in a pan, add all the seasoning materials.
Add pork and braise for 45 mins on a low heat, then turn up the heat until the sauce is sticky.
