After impressing fans with a River Island skirt earlier this week, Cat Deeley has done it again with another high-street ensemble that’s perfect for dressing up or down this summer. This time, she swapped two-piece sets for a polka-dot dress, staying true to her timeless and classic style.
The 47 year old graced the blue sofa in the Whistles Moon Spot Print Midi Dress, which is also available at John Lewis. The dress does come with a slightly higher price tag of £199, but it sits comfortably in the middle of the affordable and high-end picks that Cat tends to mix and match.
The dress is designed in a classic navy shade with a white and green dotty print that you can never go wrong with. With a simple round neck and falling to a midi length, it exudes elegance and femininity. One of our favourite features has to be the split shoulder sleeves, which give the dress some movement. They’re not as restrictive as a proper sleeve and are more cooling for summer, but still offer that little bit of coverage on the upper arm if you’re conscious of that area.

The dress, made from a light and breezy viscose fabric, is perfect for any upcoming summer events. Whether you’re attending a wedding and want to pair it with green shoes and a fascinator to highlight the dress’s colour pops, or you’re planning a holiday and need a stylish outfit teamed with sunglasses and raffia accessories.
For her appearance on This Morning, Cat paired the dress with nude heels and gold accessories, adding her own belt to accentuate her waist and give the look a more relaxed vibe.
