Celebs Go Dating has started filming its 12th series with a new bunch of celebrities seeking help from the team of experts in a bid to find love. This year’s star-studded cast for the popular E4 show includes Vanessa Feltz, Adam Collard, Chloe Burrows, Mark-Francis Vandelli, Lottie Moss and Spuddz.
Viewers will follow the celebrities as they’re matched with singletons who are not in the public eye. As they date new people they will also be given guidance along the way by the team of experts.
One of the coaches helping them on their way to love is Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson who spoke exclusively to OK! and said this year’s “special “cast is “challenging us more than ever.”

She said: “There’s naughtiness, there’s misbehaving, all the things we love to see and all the things as experts we love to work on.
“This bunch, they’ve all come in with such different challenges within their love lives and very public ones. Fans of the show are going to find that we’ve pushed everything up on this new series, it’s gone up another notch.”
On the show, Anna said they represent as many demographics as they possibly can, from older contestants to different genders and sexual preferences. Talking about this she said: “It is really important because it reflects life and it really does cater to everybody.”

The cast has recently started filming for the new series which is expected to be aired in late summer, but already Anna has spotted which celebrity might be the most challenging to match with a potential suiter. She revealed: “They’re all going to be challenging, but in particular I think people are very intrigued with Mark-Francis Vandelli from Made In Chelsea.
“He is probably the biggest challenge we’ve ever had in the history of Celebs Go Dating and he is stretching even my coaching skills to the maximum.”
Explaining why she added: “Mark is very, very closed off around his private life, which poses a bit of a challenge when you come on one of the most famous celebrity dating shows where you have to talk about your private life.

“We’re very early at the moment but I adore Mark and I’m very keen to work out why he is so hesitant around his dating life and I think he will probably have one of the most interesting journeys with us. And I think if we do our job correctly, viewers will see a side of him that has never ever been seen before.”
Alongside reality TV star Mark, two former Love Islanders, Adam Collard and Chloe Burrows will also be seeking advice from the experts for a different approach to dating. “We get a lot of Love Islanders come on Celebs Go Dating and it’s a completely different show, it’s a completely different experience”, the dating expert said.

“On Love Island, they’re sort of on their own so to speak in the villa and choose their own partners. Here we are helping select the partners for them and they have the confidence and advice from the experts to work out what’s going wrong, what’s going right.
“I think people from Love Island quite enjoy coming on our show because it feels like the next stage in their journey.”
Adam appeared on Love Island for series four and eight but is yet to find the one, could this be third time lucky for the star? Anna shared: “I would hope that Celebs Go Dating is an opportunity for Adam to be seen in a different light.

“He comes in with a reputation and I hope he utilities this opportunity for people to see there’s a lot more to Adam than someone who just goes after girls left right and centre without thinking about the consequences.”
Anna went on to share that they’ve seen a number of celebrities who have appeared on the show and have left with the “skills sets to create great relationships.” She said: “Kerry Katona is in a great relationship now, Sam Thompson, Charlotte Crosby who came on the show, Amy Hart has a partner and a baby, along with Amy Childs who also came on the show.
“They’re all now in really good solid relationships and if we’ve had anything to do with that with helping them with their relationship skills, we’re absolutely delighted.”
