Crispy Air Fried Gnocchi with Basil Aioli

Ingredients
2 x 500g Grand Italian Potato Gnocchi
¼ cup olive oil
Salt flakes
11⁄3 cups whole egg mayonnaise
11⁄3 cups basil leaves, fi nely chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Extra salt flakes, for serving
Basil, for garnish
Method
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Place the gnocchi into a bowl, drizzle with the oil and toss until well coated. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket and air fry in batches if necessary for 15-20 mins or until golden.
In a bowl, combine mayo, basil and garlic and mix well to make basil aioli.
Place the gnocchi onto a serving plate and serve with basil aioli for dipping. Serve immediately.
