Filo Pastry Kiev Parcels

Ingredients
6 sheets filo pastry
Butter or olive oil, for brushing
1 x packet Plantein Plant Based
Garlic Kievs

1 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 cup rocket
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, diced
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay out a sheet of filo pastry, brush with olive oil or butter and lay a second sheet on top. Brush again with olive oil. Repeat again. Place one kiev ¾ from the bottom of the filo sheet stack and gently fold, scoop and roll. Tuck both loose ends underneath to form a neat parcel. Brush the outside with your choice of butter or olive oil and place on the prepared baking tray with the seam-side down. Repeat this process for the remaining kiev.
Sprinkle the parcels with a mixture of poppy and sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins, or until they are crisp and golden.
Meanwhile, combine all salad ingredients and drizzle over your favourite dressing. Serve your kievs warm out of the oven with a side of salad.
