When asked if setting boundaries for her children’s Internet use had caused any arguments in the household, Billie explained: “Yes. We’ve had lots of ups and downs with Internet boundaries and looking at this and going on that in our house.”
The doting mum went on to add that many of the issues came down to being unclear with communication and her and Greg giving out different rules to her children.
“Let’s say for example, if one said ‘they can go on the iPad’ but I’ve said ‘no I’ve said no to the iPad’ then everyone’s confused. But I do think it’s going back to communication. You’re the parents in the house,” she added.

“Just saying ‘these are the rules’ and sticking by them because that’s another thing that Greg and I tend to do sometimes, we let the rules slip.”
Meanwhile, Billie also shared a great tip when it came to managing her children’s time spent on devices and stresses the importance of both her and Greg leading by example. During the interview she revealed that between 5pm and 7pm, neither she nor Greg use their phones.
“That time is hectic in the house. It’s dinnertime, it’s homework, getting ready for bed, reading, bath, showers,” she explained.

“If we’re doodling around on our phones as well and the kids are seeing that and then we’re saying ‘put your screens down’ I feel like it’s confusing for them.”
The TV personality’s top tips come after she celebrated little Margot achieving an amazing milestone as she took her first steps earlier this year.
In a video posted to Instagram the mum-of-three shared a sweet clip of her youngest walking for the first time as she gushed that “precious moments like this are the best”.
