Roman Kemp is a successful TV and radio presenter and the son of Spandau Ballet singer Martin Kemp and Wham! backing singer Shirlie Kemp.
He’s a familiar face on our TVs and airwaves, presenting on the likes of Capital Radio and the BBC’s The One Show. However, off-screen, he prefers to keep his love life private, with the star understood to be single.
Roman has only officially confirmed his relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Anne-Sophie. Nevertheless, but over the years, he has been romantically linked to other high-profile women.
In 2022, Roman was romantically linked to Love Island star Maura Higgins. The Sun reported that the pair “grew close” after attending the Brits after-party together.
The duo was photographed appearing cosy at the star-studded event, but a spokesperson for Roman insisted that they “are friends.”

The presenter was also linked to German model Jette Kerkoff. Hello! reports that they enjoyed a holiday to Mykonos, with Roman showing also liking her pictures on Instagram.
In 2021, The Sun reported that Roman had found love with Australian radio producer Codie Jones. According to the publication, Codie was invited to meet Roman’s famous parents, Martin and Shirlie, and she “fitted right in” with the family.
Between 2018 and 2020, Roman was officially in a relationship with Swiss scientist Anne-Sophie Flury. The couple reportedly matched on Tinder but called time on the relationship after three years during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Roman and Anne-Sophie welcomed a dog together, a Chihuahua pup called Luna. The couple were Instagram official, with Roman often gushing over his girlfriend on social media. Anne-Sophie also flew to Australia to support Roman when he entered I’m a Celebrity.

Since their romance ended, Lottie was also rumoured to have dated Kate Moss’s influencer sister, Lottie Moss. However, neither Roman nor the Celebs Go Dating star confirmed the alleged romance.
Roman opened up about his love life during an appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast, where he talked about his type in women and past relationships. “Women that have their life plan and are busier, that attracts me more than anything,” he said.
He added, “You look at the girls I’ve dated in the past, they’re girls that are doing their own thing, and they’re [expletive] good at it.”
Roman also said that he isn’t interested in someone who wants to date him for his fame. He explained, “It’s one of the reasons, to be totally honest with you, that I don’t really date English girls, ever. I love someone not knowing what I do for a living. I love someone not caring at all.”
