Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher has been at the heart of some huge storylines since she joined the ITV soap in 2019 as fiery Nina Lucas. But away from the cobbles, the actress is miles away from her on screen persona and is often cosied up with her boyfriend.
Mollie, 26, who hails from Salford, Greater Manchester, studied drama at a college in Manchester before moving to London to attend the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts. During her studies and in an introduction to the world of showbiz, Mollie worked as a seat filler at the National Television Awards.
She joined Corrie in November 2019 and was introduced as the long-lost niece of veteran Weatherfield resident Roy Cropper (played by David Neilson). During her time on the soap, Nina has been caught up as a victim in a hate crime storyline which tragically saw the death of her boyfriend Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni).

In 2021, the actress scooped up her own NTA for Serial Drama Performance, just a few years after her stint as a seat filler at the awards ceremony. The talented star also won Best Newcomer at the Inside Soap Awards in 2020 and the following year Best Partnership with David Neilson.
In January this year, Mollie took her talents elsewhere as she competed on Dancing on Ice with pro skater Siva Kaneswaran. The pair made it all the way to the semi-final before a brutal double elimination.

Away from TV fame, Mollie reportedly spends time at her Manchester flat with her boyfriend Dan Myers. The actress has certainly put her stamp on the place with a pink, black and white theme throughout the pad.
The walls are adorned with artwork while checked rugs can be spotted for extra chic interiors. There is a spacious dressing room that comes with a huge pink make-up table, a bundle of perfumes to suit any day and a wall full of handbags.
Over on Instagram, Mollie can be found sharing a series of cute snaps with her boyfriend who looked to have recently celebrated his 30th birthday. For the occasion, the couple held a party complete with personalised party hats and straws.

Other snaps of the loved-up couple include date nights while donning matching black outfits to days out in London. Mollie also takes to Instagram to showcase her style and a string of stunning selfies.
Mollie previously donned a completely different look as she swapped her dark brunette locks for a short blond bob. In a snap this month, the soap star showed off her new look as she posed with a small birthday cake while out with friends and looked almost unrecognisable from her role as Nina on Corrie.

Taking to Instagram following her incredible NTW win, Mollie shared a snap on the red carpet and added the caption: “I WON AN NTA WHAAAAT!!! Truly one of the best nights ever I just want to say a huge thank you to everybody who voted me, it means more than you’ll ever know. Love ya Corrie an Nina. A dream come true.”
