Lake Street Dive returns to the nation’s capital this summer for a main-stage performance at the Ottawa Jazz Festival.
In their first Ottawa appearance in six years, the Boston-bred band will headline the Confederation Park stage on June 27, 2024, the festival announced Thursday.

It’s the second headliner announcement for this year’s edition of the event, following the news that jazz phenom Laufey is confirmed for the top slot on June 28.

The irresistible jazz-pop sound of Lake Street Dive has made them a favourite on the festival circuit in the past decade. A new album is expected this spring.
The festival runs from June 21-30 in its primary home at Confederation Park, with additional programming on the plaza of Ottawa City Hall and at the National Arts Centre.
A presale on festival passes and single-day tickets runs until Jan. 31. Go to ottawajazzfestival.com for details.
