LENNY KRAVITZ IS back on top of his thirst trap game. The rock star, 59, has a habit of shedding his shirt on Instagram, and honestly, who can blame him? As the fully-nude music video for his single “TK421” last year proved, he’s in the best shape of his life.
Kravitz’s most recent post shows him basking in the sun, sans top, baring his lean, shredded physique. According to the caption, he’s “standing in love and gratitude.” And right now, judging from the likes and comments, so are a great many of the musician’s gratified fans—as well as a few of his famous friends.
“Jesus Christmas Lenny wtf you’re gonna hurt someone on this platform,” commented his future son-in-law Channing Tatum, while singer Kelly Rowland wrote: “And just like that… I’m heading to the gym!!!!” Meanwhile, movie star Colman Domingo simply put it: “Well gat damn!”
Kravitz maintains that defined chest and shredded six-pack by working out five to six days each week—including that all-important mobility work—and sticking to a vegan, mostly raw diet.
“I’m very careful about what I put into my body and how I take care of my body,” he told Men’s Health in his October 2020 cover story. “It’s a combination of eating all these things and working out and keeping my muscles and my joints in shape, so that I can do what I do.”
His goal? To keep doing what he loves—and flaunting that rock star body—for as long as possible.
“My best shape is not behind me,” said Kravitz. “It’s in front of me right now. We keep moving that bar as we get older.”
