A male driver was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Winchester, the Ontario Provincial Police said Saturday.
An online post by the OPP said first responders were called at about 6:30 a.m. to the crash scene on Spruce Drive, near Ormand Road, northwest of Winchester.

The post also said the vehicle had apparently left the road and struck a tree sometime overnight.
The victim was not identified.
Anyone with information about the crash was asked to call the OPP’s Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
Winchester is about 50 kilometres south of Ottawa.
