The Ottawa Police Service on Thursday requested public assistance in locating a 44-year-old woman who was last seen three weeks earlier.

The missing persons unit said police and family were concerned for the safety of Nicole Musuamba Tshitumba, who was last seen at approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 8 on Russell Road in Ottawa’s east end.
She is described as a black woman with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink top and black pants and had a large pink purse and black nap-sack.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or online at crimestoppers.ca.
