A 40-year-old Montreal man faces a number of charges in connection with a drone delivery of a number of contraband items at the Millhaven Penitentiary.
In a release, the OPP East division says they were advised last Thursday at about 7:30 p.m. of a drop including a cellphone, cannabis, hash and tobacco.

About 90 minutes later, a traffic stop was conducted on a rental vehicle from Quebec on Bath Road just east of Bath. There was one man in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.
A search of the vehicle revealed five cellphones and a receipt was found detailing the purchase of SIM cards, and how to activate them.
The man is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee at a later date.
