One person was treated and transported to hospital after a two-vehicle collision involving a passenger car and an OC Transpo bus in Ottawa’s south end on Saturday.
An Ottawa Paramedic Service spokesperson said the individual was listed in critical condition after the crash at the intersection of Blohm Drive and Hunterswood Crescent, near Hunt Club Road and just west of Hawthorne Road.

Ottawa Fire Services reported that the individual had to be extricated from the damaged passenger vehicle, a process lasting eight minutes.
The collision was reported at about 3 p.m.
