One person was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition following a Friday night fire on Cambridge Street South in the Centretown area.
Ottawa paramedics were not releasing any further information on the patient.

The victim was rescued from inside the structure.
Firefighters answering a number of 911 calls shortly after 8 p.m. Friday spotted flames on a balcony.
Fire retardant agents were applied while crews investigated to ensure the fire had not extended to the attic area.
Firefighters said a number of people were displaced by the blaze.
An investigator was dispatched to determine the point of origin and cause of the fire.
