Provincial police are seeking public assistance to locate a flock of 44 sheep that have been reported missing from a farm in Beckwith Township.
Police said the animals were reported missing Tuesday from the Day Road/County Road 10 area.

“There was no obvious location where the sheep escaped), OPP spokesman Const. Joe Tereschuk said Wednesday.
“The property owners searched for a long time before calling police last evening after 8 p.m.”
Anyone with information of the animals is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
The township is about 60 km southwest of Ottawa, just past Carleton Place.
