Ottawa police have asked for the public’s assistance as they look for 23-year-old Richard Leclair, who went missing Sunday night.
Leclair, described as an autistic while male, 5-5, heavy set with blond hair and blue eyes, was last seen at about 10:30 p.m. in the area of Carson Grove. He was wearing a beige winter coat, grey jogging pants, red Nike shoes and a red baseball cap.

He’s known to use public transportation, and frequent transit stations, hospitals and Collège La Cité, police said in a news release Monday.
Anyone with information about Leclair’s whereabouts was asked to call police at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 or at crimestoppers.ca .
