Ottawa police seek persons involved in suspicious incident near the Rideau Canal and National Arts Centre

Ottawa police are investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on Saturday, Aug. 5th at approximately 7:12 PM near the Rideau Canal and National Arts Centre.

A red Cadillac was seen dragging a person before hitting a parked car and driving away in a dangerous manner.

Police have safety concerns for those involved and are seeking assistance in identifying and locating the parties involved.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Central District Investigations office (613) 236-1222 x 5166 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
