As he aptly puts it on Instagram, chef Varun Totlani aims to “reimagine the Indian Thali without borders” for Masque’s spanking new menu. Taking a slight detour from the classics and time-tested recipes, expect a reimagined twist with offerings like a Punjabi sarson saag and fish with crispy scales, Pahari bhutwa with turmeric potato foam, Delhi-meets-Mumbai tandoori crab, Mumbai’s ladi pav and Masquelab black garlic pulav amongst several others. Given how Totlani’s fuses his culinary-esque magic to everything he rustles up, it’s safe to say that patrons in for luck.

The Lovefools drops a new tasting menu

Bandra’s Lovefools is out with an extensive 17-course tasting menu. Titled Ostrananie, the menu is inspired by the idea of connecting two things which have never come together before. Made using India’s regional-inspired flavours, homegrown produce and ancient cooking techniques, expect an array of signature dishes such as the Not-so-dum biryani, traditional kheema pav, kombdi vade on the menu, which eggs you on to press pause on the chaos of city life and savour the charm of slow, countryside living through your taste buds.

Saz American Brasserie’s Thanksgiving menu spreads holiday cheer
