Matcha green may not be your first thought when you’re planning a festive manicure this year, but if you’re looking for something a little bit different from the usual reds, golds and glitters, we’ve found just the thing.
Nail polish and treatment brand Bio Sculpture has combined forces with Rochelle Humes’ very own matcha tea and lifestyle brand, Cloudcha, to create the perfect matcha-coloured nail varnish.
The Cloudcha Polish, £12 here, is a pretty pastel mint green hue that looks simultaneously timeless and modern and has recently been spotted on Rochelle’s nails in a whole host of different designs, with fans calling it “the perfect shade.”

Cloudcha was founded by Rochelle and Bryony Deery and specialises in ceremonial matcha tea , but they’ve since branched out to include lifestyle essentials and merchandise – aptly named mercha – including loungewear, stickers, and now nail polish.
The Cloudcha Polish, £12 here, was done in collaboration with Bio Sculpture, which is known for its range of nail varnishes and nail treatments to help create strong, healthy nails – just like Cloudcha’s matcha tea does for your body.
Its delicate matcha-inspired colour was teased on Cloudcha’s Instagram account last week, with fans eagerly anticipating the new launch with comments like “It’s the perfect shade” and “This is exciting.”

Thankfully they didn’t have to wait long to get their hands on the collab, as the Bio Sculpture Cloudcha Nail Polish , £12 here, has already launched, with Cloudcha’s Insta sharing a snap of a gorgeous manicure done using the colour to create a subtle matcha-coloured French tip with an abstract semi-circle design.
If you head over to Bio Sculpture’s Instagram, they’ve also shared some stunning minimalist nail design inspo using the Cloudcha polish, including a simple block colour, ultra-fine French tips, and a reverse French tip (where it’s painted along the cuticle instead) with a simple cloud painted on the thumbnail which turned out to be Rochelle’s very own manicure.

Fans flooded the comment section of Cloudcha’s Insta after it launched, saying: ”I want this immediately! It’s so perfect” and “I am in total love” after getting a proper look at the colour.
If you prefer your matcha-themed nails to have a slightly greener tint to them, Nailberry’s Pistachi-Oh! Polish, £16 here, has a similar pastel hue but with more green tones to it that wouldn’t look out of place as part of your next Christmas manicure.
We think we’ve found our perfect match-a (sorry, not sorry).
