Soy Sauce Fried Noodles with Pork

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE (PRB) Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks, or add it to stir-fries.
Ingredients
2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
A few green onions, chopped
1 tsp sugar
Dash white pepper
1 tsp PRB Shiwan Cooking Wine
1 tsp PRB Sesame Oil
200g pork, sliced
150g noodles
Splash oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 sweet pepper, sliced
2 tbsp PRB Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
Soy Sauce
Method
Mix marinade and marinate pork slices for 15 mins.
Boil noodles in boiling water until done. Rinse under cold running water and
drain well.
In a hot pan add oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the meat and fry
until done. Add noodles, sweet pepper and seasoning, mix well and sauté for a
few mins.
Garnish with chopped scallions, then serve.
