Stacey Solomon has been making the most of the British sunshine in her huge outdoor swimming pool at their £1.2 million home. As the UK heatwave finally set in, the Sort Your Life Out star, 34, took to Instagram to show off the luxurious space after preparing it for the summer sunshine.
Stacey lives at her charming Essex residence, affectionately known as Pickle Cottage, with husband Joe Swash, their three children, Rex, four Rose, two and Belle, one, along with her two sons, Zachary, 15 and Leighton, 11, who she welcomed from a previous relationship. Ensuring the garden was all set up for the kids to enjoy, the proud mum-of-five took to Instagram on Sunday, 23 June to show off the stylish outdoor space.

In her Instagram story, Stacey revealed that she dedicated “all week” to sprucing up her garden, which now boasts chic lounge chairs and a table, all set for the kids’ “first pool day of 2024.” She also showed off the huge al fresco pool, which could easily be compared to a tropical paradise abroad as it glistened in the sunshine, surrounded by greens for a secluded spot.
Basket seats also sat around the pool with plush cushions and a white cabana was up for some extra shade in the sizzling heat. Delighted with the space, Stacey excitedly posted: “Sooooo happy I spent all week cleaning out here because it’s FINALLY hot! Hello Summer.”

Stacey spent time in the pool with her daughter Rose as she continued to teach her to swim, while their adorable ducklings were nearby in their very own paddling pool.
In another Instagram snap, the 34 year old showed off her figure as she posed in a white and black swimsuit. She penned: “Lifeguard duty for me for the rest of the day!” while beaming at the camera.
The glimpse inside her stunning garden comes after Stacey’s heartfelt admission that she prefers the comfort of her home at Pickle Cottage with Joe and their brood over attending star-studded events. Speaking to Mirror, she shared: “I love coming home. My favourite part of the day is getting excited about coming home to Pickle Cottage, where I live with my husband Joe [Swash] and five kids.”

Stacey has also been busy in the garden with Rex, harvesting carrots for a fresh salad, though she joked that the peas never made it to the dish because the kids gobbled them straight from the vine. She previously shared: “Pulled some carrots to grate in the salad. I would have put some of our peas in there but the kids just ate them straight off the vine. They didn’t stand a chance.”
