When it comes to creating a glowing, hydrating skincare routine, there are few people in the world who know what they’re talking about quite like supermodels.
Thanks to how often their skin has to tolerate heavy makeup application, they know better than anyone how important it is to create a skincare regimen that keeps your skin clean, hydrated and nourished at all times, which is why when they recommend a holy grail skincare product, we sit up and take notice.
That’s why when arguably the biggest supermodel in the world, Naomi Campbell, has been raving about La Roche-Posay’s Serozinc Toner, £9.20 here (was £11.50), for the last few years, we knew it must be good.

During a YouTube video as part of Vogue’s Beauty Secrets series, Naomi walked readers through her skincare routine, revealing that spraying a mist of the toner over her face is the very first step to creating her flawless, hydrated skin.
The La Roche-Posay Serozinc, £9.20 here (was £11.50), is a dermatologist-approved toning spray that contains healing zinc sulphate and La Roche-Posay’s very own purified thermal spring water, alongside sodium chloride which acts as an astringent.
Although it’s already got a super affordable price tag at £11.50, you can now snap it up over at Cult Beauty for just £9.20 here, putting it firmly at the top of our skincare must-haves list.

La Roche-Posay’s Serozinc Toner, £9.20 here (was £11.50), is also suitable for all skin types, but oily and breakout-prone complexions will be making Serozinc their best friend in no time as the combination of ingredients helps eliminate breakouts whilst promoting healing and creating a healthy, glowing complexion, minimising pores and keeping excess oil production under control.
Although Naomi uses it on her skin as the first step, it’s recommended that you spray it over a freshly cleansed face and leave it to absorb for two to three minutes, before patting off any excess liquid and applying your serums and moisturisers.
In the video, Naomi also shares that she uses a combination of hyaluronic acid for hydration and vitamin E oil for skin replenishing, mixing it herself with vitamin C powder. Although she doesn’t share the exact products she uses, some of our faves include Q+A Hyaluronic Acid Facial Serum, £5.85 here, and The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Bi-Phase Serum, £20 here, to mimic Naomi’s secret skincare formula and get supermodel skin on a budget.
