This Morning host Cat Deeley has delighted her fans with a rare glimpse into her family holiday. The presenter, currently on a break from the ITV programme, jetted off to France for some summer sun while England experiences wet and chilly weather.
Taking to her Instagram account, boasting 474K followers, Cat, 47, posted an adorable photo of her two sons, Milio, eight, and James, five. The boys were captured clambering up a wall with a plush Chanel store visible in the background.
Captioning her image, she wrote: “C’est si bon! ” which converts to: “It is so good!” Later, Cat shared a video of her sons heading towards the beach, inflatable boat and paddles in hand.

Besides this French escapade, Cat also took a trip to Cabo during the Easter holidays. In a subsequent post, she was spotted lavishing affection on her little ones just after a swim in the pool.
Accompanying the candid snapshot, she captioned it: “No school, no hair, no makeup, no worries. Beaches, boys, sunshine, beers, card games, and pools… no rules… well, just the important ones!”, reports the Mirror.
Last week, popular ITV hosts Ben Shephard and Cat announced their temporary break from This Morning until September. The pair have become morning staples for viewers but will be taking a break from their presenting posts over the summer period.
In their final episode before handing over to their summer successors, they teased an exciting list of upcoming presenters. Sharing fun-filled garden activities, Cat said: “That’s all from us. We’ll be back in September.”

Cat stumbled over her words as she rolled out a roster of the next TV double acts, including Friday favourites Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary who began the jam-packed schedule of summer presenting on Monday, July 15. They will be followed by a rotation of familiar faces including Josie Gibson, Craig Doyle, Rylan Clark, Rochelle Humes and Joel Dommett.
Fan-favourite Sian Welby, who has newly embraced motherhood after welcoming baby Ruby, will make her broadcasting comeback. Wrapping up the show, Cat voiced: “Now that’s going to be fun,” to which Ben chimed in, assuring viewers: “You’re going to be in safe hands. Thanks for looking after me and Cat for this first term.”
Expressing her sentiment, Cat enthused they’ve had “the best time ever” before saying: “Thanks for watching. We’ll see you in September.”
