Looking ahead to Halloween, the high is forecast at just 3 C

The beach weather is over in the capital, according to Environment Canada.
After several days of unseasonable (but very pleasant) warmth, the temperature are expected to be more seasonable, starting with an overnight low of 1 C from Saturday to Sunday.

Then, it’s probably time to look for mitts and maybe a scarf.
Sunday is expected to see a high of only 6 C, under cloudy skies. There’s a 60 per cent chance of showers overnight Sunday with a low of 1 C.

Monday’s outlook is similar, although the overnight low is expected to plummet to -5 C.
The sun’s expected to put in an appearance on Tuesday, Halloween, but the high is forecast at just 3 C. Wrap up if you’re trick-or-treating, with a low of -3 C under cloudy skies.
Wednesday looks like sun and clouds, with a high of 4 C and a low of -3 C.
Thursday and Friday are looking like highs of 6 C both days, with overnight lows hitting 0 C.
