3 Injured, Over 30 Rescued as Portion of Building Collapses in Thane

Thane: A portion of a residential building in Kalwar area of Maharashtra’s Thane collapsed late on Wednesday night, injuring three people. Meanwhile, over 30 others were rescued after the incident.
According to sources, the collapse incident took place at the Om Krishna Co-operative Housing Society.
Acting swiftly after receiving the information, fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and carried out the rescue operation.
The injured people were admitted to a hospital for treatment. The exact reason behind the collapse incident is not clear yet..
