The Association of Corporate and Marketing Communications Professionals in Banks in Nigeria (ACAMB) has released the funeral details for Mr Abdul Kolawole Imoyo.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Mr Imoyo, until his death, was Publicity Secretary of ACAMB and Head of Media Relations at Access Holding.
Imoyo was a newspaper editor in Lagos State before joining Access Bank in 2014 as a corporate communications manager
A statement issued by Tunde Imoyo on behalf of the family reveals that he died after a brief illness.
According to the statement, Imoyo passed away in the early hours of Sunday, December 17, 2023, at First Cardiology, Ikoyi, Lagos.
“Mr. Imoyo, a highly regarded Corporate Media Manager and Journalist, leaves behind a legacy of excellence in the field of Corporate Communications,” a statement by ACAMB reads.
According to the burial arrangements, as communicated by the family, Imoyo will be laid to rest on January 18, 2024.
A funeral service will be held on January 18 by 11 am at RCCG Olive Tree Parish, Banana Island Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Before then, a service of songs will be held on January 17, 2024 by 5 pm at Harbour Point Event Center, 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island, Lagos.
“The interment is strictly private and reserved for family members and few invited guests,” the statement added.
