Crime in SA | Spike in carjackings on Gauteng roads

JOHANNESBURG – There’s been a spike in hijackings on Gauteng roads.

Law enforcement has identified a number of spiking hot spots.

They are the R21 from OR Tambo International to Pretoria, the R562 in Olifantsfontein and N4 Pretoria to Mpumalanga between Bronkhorstspruit and the Balmoral off-ramp.

Authorities say criminals target quiet areas and frequently move spots.
