MANILA, Philippines: The Department of Health (DoH) on Tuesday reported its first death due to fireworks, a 38-year-old man from Ilocos region, who lit a cigarette near a storage for firecrackers.
It also confirmed that a 23-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound on his back after being hit by a stray bullet.
