Exciting young sprinters Javorne Dunkley and Theianna Lee Terrelonge headline Jamaica’s 83-member team named for the Carifta Track and Field Championships set for March 30 to April 1 at the Kirani James Stadium in Grenada.
Dunkley who is entered for the 100 metres, headlines the 20-member Under-20 boys squad that also includes fellow sprinter Gary Card and middle distance runner Kemario Bygrave.
Terrlonge heads the 23-member Under-20 girlz squad which also includes fellow sprinters Shanoya Douglas and Sabrina Dockery.
The 20-member Under-17 girls squad is led by the impressive Natrece East who will contest the sprint double and also includes outstanding middle distance runner Alikay Reynolds.
Returning medallist and sprinter Nickecoy Bramwell heads the 20- member boys Under-17 squad that also includes hurdler Robert Miller and thrower Jevontae Smith.
David Wilson will be Chef de Mission of the delegation will have David Riley as Technical Leader. The management team also includes coaches Michel Dyke, Micheal Carr, Leaford Grant and Maurice Wignall.
