(RestaurantNews.com) Effin Egg, the craft breakfast sandwich concept, has launched its first-ever loyalty app. Effin Egg has partnered with Incentivio to launch a new loyalty app and rewards program that will provide accurate data so that Effin Egg can personalize marketing to their customers and take the guesswork out of what to market to customers.
The Effin Egg loyalty program offers guests a virtual punch card. With each purchase of a craft breakfast sandwich, the guest will receive punches that will eventually lead to free sandwiches. The app also allows for easy-to-use on-line, delivery and in-store pick up options. The program also plays a vital role in guest data capture, which will give owners a complete picture of their guests behaviors and spending habits to inform overall strategy.
Founder Jeff Martin says, “Reward programs are considered strong drivers of restaurant app usage, in part because they generate reliable first-party data. We, at Effin Egg, are always looking for ways to build a customer-first strategy which will equal a better customer experience. A loyalty app just turns into a discount program unless we really understand our guest behaviors and cater to them.”
Effin Egg believes that their loyalty program, together with the convenient advancements in digital ordering, will entice guests to order directly, rather than from third party delivery channels, which have been problematic for restaurants. Effin Egg projects that growth in direct ordering would mean hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings from commission fees. Download the Effin Egg App in Apple Store or Google Play.
