Windsor Fire and Rescue Services crews were on site battling a blaze at the former Greyhound bus depot in downtown Windsor Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the one-story structure in the 100 block of University Avenue East, across the street from Windsor Armouries, around 3:00 p.m. to respond to reports of smoke and fire coming from the premises.

Within minutes, crews managed to get the fire under control.
The building is the property of the University of Windsor.
Authorities said that there were no injuries. Primary and secondary searches were completed reporting minimal damage to the interior of the building.
Windsor Police Service and EMS were also on scene to provide support.
