Detectives are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing teenager from Southwark.
Ruben Campos-Vera, aged 15, was last seen on CCTV getting on a number 20 bus at Walthamstow Central station at around 17:45hrs on Tuesday, 14 November.
He left his home address on 7 November and has not been home since. Officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Ruben was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, with dark trousers, dark trainers and white soles. He was also carrying a patterned rucksack.
Detective Inspector Adrian Smith, from the Central South Missing Persons Unit, said: “We are carrying out extensive enquiries to try and find Ruben. Although his home is in Southwark, we know he has been in east London and are particularly asking anyone in Walthamstow and E17 areas to look carefully at the photos and think about whether they have seen him in recent days.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 101. Report immediate sightings by calling 999.
You can also contact the Missing People charity by calling 116 000. This service is free and confidential.
