Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information for the executive team.
Trademark Management: Oversee and manage thecompany’strademark portfolio, including registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks.
Communication: Serveas the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executivemeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
Subsidiary Coordination: Liaise with the management teams of Pacegate Limited, Pacegate Energy & Resources Limited, and Evolve to ensure alignment and support across the organization.
Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
Preferred Bonus Experience:
R & Marketing Support: Experience managing public relations and marketing efforts, including media relations, social media presence, and promotional events.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executivesecretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within amultinational corporation.
Trademark Knowledge: Experience managing trademarks, including registration, renewal, and legal compliance.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion andmaintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
