During the early stages of her career, Mrs. Bosserman gained valuable expertise in management, coaching, research analysis, and more in various roles with BetterUp, Positive Acorn, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Before establishing herself professionally, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA as well as a double minor in Education and Applied Developmental Psychology. Subsequently, Ms. Bosserman expanded her considerable knowledge by completing a Masters of Education in Student Affairs with an emphasis in Social Justice at her alma mater. She was then trained through The Coaches Training Institute where she became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She also is trained by the Gallup Organization in Strengths Based Leadership and holds an Everything DiSC Workplace certification from Resources Unlimited.

Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Mrs. Bosserman aligns herself with the National Association of Professional Women, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, the International Leadership Association, and the American College Personnel Association. She is also a lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key International Honors Society. In conjunction with her work and service to the community, she participated in Leadership Sacramento in 2020, served as the Event Coordinator for TEDxSacramento, volunteered with The Coaching Fellowship, and lived abroad for a year in Amman, Jordan serving with Foundation Outreach International. Due to her professional knowledge, Mrs. Bosserman has contributed to various publications and has been featured in the Sacramento Business Journal, Thrive Global, The Sacramento Bee, Sacramento Magazine, and Comstock’s Magazine.

Throughout her college career, Mrs. Bosserman won several awards, including the UCLA Chancellor’s Service Award, the Distinguished Senior Award, the BruinLife Senior of the Year Award, Communication Studies Departmental Honors, the Women for Change Student Leadership Award, and the Rose Gilbert Research Scholarship. She has been an Honoree for the Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and has been listed as a Top 100 Business Leader by Sacramento Magazine. Most recently, she was recognized with a Women Who Mean Business Award by the Sacramento Business Journal and was a featured speaker at TEDxEustis 2024.

While her career has been filled with highlights, Mrs. Bosserman takes the most pride in being a parent to three young and curious children who inspire her daily. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, Ms. Bosserman credits her success to her faith and ongoing drive to serve her community. In the near future, she intends to continue to champion inspire others though her coaching, training, and writing.
