“The Enemy are at the Gates” and they are Hamas. These coldly calculating anti-Semitic fascists deliberately targeted civilians. This was no mistake and they knew exactly what they were doing. As such, this is not about right versus left. It’s right versus wrong. The butchery and barbarity of Hamas should be crystal clear, but sadly it is not. Look no further than the far-left radicalism on university and college campuses. Their support for the Hamas murderers over the past few days is appalling. And is a compelling argument why taxpayers have no obligation to fund these hard-left, radical hot beds of upside down woke insanity. A sane and civilized world demands nothing less.

(We stand firmly with Israel and their war against Hamas. And those that have been chanting and cheering on these murderous terrorists are pathetic. It is time to pull funding from the many groups and organizations that sympathize with these barbaric scum)

OF SOME CONSEQUENCE

A headline on a major news network website read: “Canadians stuck in Israel as flights are cancelled, embassy closed for Thanksgiving.” Is this how Canada is looking after its citizens caught in a war zone? Absolutely outrageous. There will have to be consequences for this disgusting failure.

(Again, the Liberals got it wrong)

ACE THE TAX

Cancel the vacant home tax in Toronto until the Landlord and Tenant Board situation is fixed and landlords have legal rights again. I own a two-bedroom condo in Toronto on the subway line that I rent out for $2,060/month. I always kept rent increases below the guidelines. My current tenant has been making money off of my unit by subletting without my permission, taking full advantage. I have been waiting 10 months for a decision from the LTB on my eviction application. Where are my rights?

Ted Lipson
Mississauga

(This mess needs to be sorted out immediately. As for the vacant home tax, Mayor Chow just increased it)
