Taking to Twitter (X), a fan asserted that Priddy Ugly didn’t pen the hook of the song, instead giving credit to Maglera Doe Boy, known for his adeptness with lyrics. “Maglera definitely wrote that hook for Ntja’ka lol,” read the post.

In response, Maglera vehemently dismissed the claims stating that the whole song was curated by his peer Priddy Ugly. “False. That record is all @ItsPriddyUgly,” Maglera Doe Boy said.

Priddy Ugly has enjoyed a successful year in the industry. The rapper clinched the Lyricist Of The Year Award at the previous SAHHA, and to top it off, he released his latest album “DUST,” which has received overwhelming acclaim within the South African Hip Hop community.
