MANILA, Philippines: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement a rerouting scheme along Edsa-Roxas Boulevard starting today, January 2, to allow the calibration of traffic lights after the Department of Public Works and Highways (DWPH) completed the repair of its flyover last year.
Vehicles affected by the change in the flow of traffic are those traveling northbound.
