RUSTENBURG -A dedicated team has been established to investigate the killing of nine people at the Popo Molefe Informal Settlement outside Rustenburg.
The motive behind the mass shooting is unclear at this stage.
Early reports are hinting at possible ethnic tensions.
It’s understood that a group of mainly isiXhosa-speaking people were drinking alcohol when they were ambushed by Sotho-speaking assailants.
