A GARDENER has shared his simple two-item spray that keeps spider mites off his plants.
He said the spray only takes seconds to apply.

The gardener (@thefrenchiegardener) shared the tip with over 200,000 TikTok followers.
“If you see some stipplings on the leaves of your plants, watch out, this can be spider mites,” he warned.
“They can make massive damage to tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, and many others.”
He explained that dry and warm weather is the perfect time to attract spider mites.
In a liter jar, he combined 2 teaspoons of organic dish soap and half a lemon with water.
“Acidic water and soap will harm their protective layer,” he explained.
He placed the mixture in a spray bottle and took it to the leaves of his plants as well as all the parts of the plant.
After 30 minutes, he gave his plants a good shower with water to get rid of the spider mites.
