The National Bank for Agriculture And Rural Development, NABARD has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Manager.

Educational Qualification
For being eligible to apply candidates must have Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from recognized University or Institute.

Application Fee
For SC/ST/PWBD candidates, there is no application fee, but an intimation charge of Rs 150 is applicable, making the total Rs 150. For all other candidates, the application fee is Rs 700, with an additional intimation charge of Rs 150, totaling Rs 850.
NABARD employees who meet the educational qualification criteria are eligible to apply. They are required to pay the application fee and intimation charges as mentioned above during the online application process.
This amount will be reimbursed to NABARD staff who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, upon submission of the fee receipt. The status of staff candidates will be verified during the interview.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of Rs 44,500 per month, within the salary scale of Rs 44,500 – Rs 2,500 (4 increments) – Rs 54,500 – Rs 2,850 (7 increments) – Rs 74,450 – EB – Rs 2,850 (4 increments) – Rs 85,850 – Rs 3,300 (1 increment) – Rs 89,150 (17 years). This scale is applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’.
In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per prevailing rules. Currently, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs 1,00,000.
