Now, the ‘Chirutha’ actress has aced the ice-bath challenge. Popularly known as one of the best fitness challenges, ice-bath is a rising trend among celebrities.
Neha Sharma is the latest celebrity to join the challenge and there is no doubt that the actress aced it well.
In the viral video, Neha attempts to lie down in the ice bathtub. Dressed in a black swimsuit, the actress looks gorgeous as usual. Unable to bear the chilling cold, she attempts to get out, but her friends encourage her to stay in the water.
Seconds later, she gets fully immersed in the ice-cold water with her face visible to the camera. Later, a stopwatch shows that Neha stayed in the ice tub for almost three and a half minutes. The actress can be later heard saying, “My body feels so good. So I would highly, highly recommend an ice bath.”
