Murder accused Segomotsi Agnes Setshwantsho is applying for bail in the Molopo Magistrate’s Court.
The bail application of suspected life insurance killer Agnes Setshwantsho got off to a dramatic start on Wednesday when investigating officer Sergeant Keshi Mabunda arrived at the Molopo Magistrate’s Court accompanied by six Tactical Response Team officers.
News24 has learnt that the officer, who took the stand on the third day of Setshwantsho’s bail application, received death threats after arresting the woman for the death of her niece, Bonolo Modiseemang, in whose name Setshwantsho allegedly took out a R3 million life insurance policy.
