THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Sunday said it has not monitored any new weather disturbance outside and inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said most parts of the country will have fair weather in the next 24 hours.
However, he said the trough of the low pressure area which was already outside PAR is affecting Palawan where overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may prevail.
Batanes, Cagayan, Apayao, Isabela and Abra will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies because of the northeasterly surface wind flow, the wind coming from the north-east that brings mild temperature.
The same weather system is affecting Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
