Firm peaches break down less quickly in the alcohol so there aren’t any floaty bits and mushy peach slices in the pitcher by the end of the night.
Wine: Since this is a white sangria and not a red sangria, buy a bottle of white wine. Don’t grab something crazy expensive. After all, the wine will be mixed with a lot of other ingredients and not enjoyed by itself, so you can get away with one of the best white wines under $20.
Peach schnapps: This super-sweet liqueur is infused with real peaches or peach flavoring, depending on the brand. Use leftover peach schnapps in our peach margarita or peach champagne recipes.
