Royals: Expert says Harry feud wouldn’t happen if Diana was alive
Prince Harry has been advised as to how he should best approach ending his and Meghan Markle’s feud with the Royal Family, with reports suggesting that King Charles has invited them to Balmoral this summer.
While the King is said to be keen to build bridges with his youngest son, Prince William is not so keen to be reunited with his brother following allegations made about him in Harry’s memoir Spare.
Founder of Dauntless PR, Luana Ribeira, told Express.co.uk: “With everything that is happening with the Royal Family, now is the perfect time for a reconciliation.
“No matter how high profile they are, at the end of the day, they are a family and nothing puts disagreements into perspective like a health scare, particularly involving cancer.
“I hope the rumours that the King has invited Prince Harry and Meghan to Balmoral are true as it would be the ideal backdrop for them to mend their relationship, giving them the space and privacy to work through any issues and put them behind them.”

She added: “From Harry’s point of view, the best way he can build bridges with his father and older brother is to respect their privacy and the institution which is the Royal Family.
“This means not giving any media interviews about them or making statements about the current situation which reveal anything outside the public domain.
“He has given his point of view and made his voice heard in his autobiography, if he wants to mend their relationship, now is the time to keep quiet, rally round and offer support.”

Harry and Meghan have been debating returning to the UK (Image: Getty)
Even if the Duke and Duchess do bring their children over to the UK for a trip, it is unlikely their return will be permanent, as royal historian Marlene Koenig told GB News: “I don’t think Meghan will be visiting the UK anytime soon.
“I think she’s done with that. Unless there’s something major like a funeral. But Harry and Meghan’s life is in the US.”
The last few times Harry has been back to the UK have been solo trips, as he has made a few appearances in court for his cases against the British media.
He also attended the Coronation in May 2023, although Meghan declined her invitation.

The couple had originally planned to travel over to London with their entire family in order to attend a service celebrating ten years of the Invictus Games on May 8.
A source told New magazine: “Harry and Meghan are planning a fifth birthday party for Archie at their Montecito home on May 6 and were then going to fly over to the UK on a private jet the following day.
“They were going to attend the Anniversary Service, followed by a few more days in the UK, so the children could meet with members of the Royal Family.”
Archie and Lilibet have only visited the UK once since the Sussexes moved to Montecito, for the Platinum Jubilee.
