Eligibility Criteria
Individuals who have successfully completed Class 10 or its equivalent, along with holding a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the Lineman Trade, are eligible to apply for the available positions.
Candidates with higher education, such as a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, will be considered if they meet the minimum qualification of holding a National Apprenticeship Certificate in Lineman Trade.
The age criteria for applicants is set between 18 years and 37 years.
Application Fee
The fee details for the application process are as follows and are non-refundable. For all candidates, excluding those belonging to the Schedule Cast and Person with Disability categories, the application fee is Rs 800 per application, with an additional 18% GST, totaling Rs 944, plus any applicable bank charges.
On the other hand, candidates falling under the Schedule Cast and Person with Disability categories are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs 500 per application, along with 18% GST, resulting in a total of Rs 590, plus any applicable bank charges.
Selection Process
The selection procedure involves a computer-based test divided into two parts, namely Part I and Part II. Each multiple-choice question within the test carries one mark for a correct answer, and there is no deduction for incorrect responses. The examination is scheduled to last for a duration of 3 hours (180 minutes).
