RCMP looking for man who escaped from Besnard Lake Correctional Camp

Anthony Michael Alcrow, 37, escaped from the camp on Saturday. He may be in La Ronge, Prince Albert or Beauval, police said.

A prisoner who escaped from Besnard Lake Correctional Camp on Saturday is being sought by RCMP in Saskatchewan.

Pinehouse RCMP said in a news release that received a report Anthony Michael Alcrow, 37, escaped from the camp around 5:15 p.m. and may be in La Ronge, Prince Albert or Beauval.

Alcrow is 6-foot-2 tall, weighs 198 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. No further information was provided and police gave no indication that Alcrow was considered dangerous.
