Reader letter: Huge thanks to Windsor police in burglary response

We would like to express our sincerest appreciation for the Windsor Police Service officers who came to our aid after a break-in and assault at our home on the evening of March 19.

You were so professional and courteous and so respectful and understanding of our situation. You could not have been more helpful and thorough in your investigation.

Thank you, Const. K. Burt. THANK YOU to all of the officers who came to our home, including Officer Sniff the tracking dog (name unknown). We’d like to shake your paw.
