School breakfast programs?
Has anyone bothered to find out why some children are coming to school without having eaten breakfast? Have their parents been confronted with this unacceptable situation?

It is the parents’ responsibility to feed their children, not the school’s. If parents cannot afford to feed them, then grocery vouchers should be provided by welfare services, enabling them to feed their children before sending them to school.
If this is not the case, then Children’s Aid should be sent to investigate. Parents must feed their children — no one else.
